Refund & Dispute Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know.

1. Returns

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pubing96@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 123 Fashion Ave, New York, NY 10001, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to resolve the issue amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute internally, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection agency or pursue legal remedies under applicable laws.
